Forgotten Password

Wiley-Blackwell Author Services is now linked to Wiley InterScience, our journal and books content website. As a result, we have made some changes in how the Forgotten Password feature works.

Note:
If you have accounts in both Wiley InterScience and Author Services, you must now use the password on your Wiley InterScience account in both systems. Your Author Services password will not work if you previously registered on Wiley InterScience.

If you have never registered on Wiley InterScience, your Author Services login will work on both systems now.

After clicking the “Forgotten Password” link below, you will be directed to the Wiley InterScience “Forgotten Password” page. There you will need to enter the e-mail address you used to register in Author Services.

The Wiley InterScience system will send you an e-mail with a new password and a link to Wiley InterScience. Click on the link and then log in to Wiley InterScience using the new password. Your username is the e-mail you used to register.

Once you are logged in to Wiley InterScience, you can change your password by clicking “My Profile,” selecting “Account Information,” and then “Login Information.”

This password works on both Wiley InterScience and Author Services.
